• For each category of your products, the category image, the category name and the category description.

• For each product item of your products, the product item image, the product code, the product name and the product descriptions.

1. Go to www.instant-e-store.com
2. Scroll all the way down and click on Register button at right.
3. Read Crystal Instant E-Commerce License Agreement and then click on I Agree button.
4. After click, you will enter the Registration Form page
5. At the Registration Form page, type in your company ID you select, like "officeking", and the password, like "thebest". Please retype the password again on the "re-enter your password" to confirm the password before you click "Register me!"
6. You will enter the Basic Information page.
7. Please fill the basic information of your company, including company name, like "Office King", contact person, address, phone number, etc. Please note that only the fields with "*" at the front are required.
8. For the Logo URL, or the company logo, you can either fill the URL of your logo, starting with "http://", or you can upload the logo from your desktop by clicking on the Upload button.
9. To upload any image in general, you have to click upload, click browse to select a image file (.jpg or .gif) which can be displayed by the browsers from your local computer, and then click Upload. After you see the message like: "File OfficeKing.gif posted successfully." You can close the small upload window.
10. For the Homepage URL field, please type the URL of your homepage, starting with http://. This will be the URL your customers can click to your home page.
11. "Memo words put on the website:" is a greeting message which will show at the cover page. You can type something like "Office King is the largest on-line office-equipment supplier in bay area…" etc.
12. Click on Submit button.
13. If it takes too long to finish this page, or any page, the system may time out and kick you back to the "Register/Sign-In" page. If you already have your name and password registered, you can go to the "Sign In" section and type your ID and password.
14. After your are done with the "Basic Information", you will be brought to the "Appearance" page.
15. At this page you need to pick one of the five table themes and one of the five backgrounds for your web site, or you can customize by picking your favorite colors for table title, table content, side bar background, etc. You can even change the icon for browse, search, list, home, etc.
16. Click on ENTER button to commit this page and go on to preview your cover page.
17. Click on finish button and you will arrive at the Company Profile page.
18. At this page you can specify the detailed information of your e-store, like Sales Tax rate, Handling Charge, etc. Also please pick up a category of your company to make the right customers to locate you. Please also complete the Other Info section, if applicable.
19. Click enter and you will arrive at the Advertisement Banner Setting page.
20. This page will allow you to put up to 10 banner ads on your e-Store cover page. To customize it, you need to prepare the banner image (or URL), the link URL, the description, and the percentage of chance this ad will display. Please note that the total of the weights will have to be 100(%)
21. Once your are done with this page and click enter, you will enter the product Category Page" at this page you are going to enter all the categories of your product here.
22. After you fill in the first category, please enter the Insert button.
23. You will see a page filled with buttons. To enter another category, just click on New button. After you are done with this category, click on Insert button.
24. After you are done with all categories, click on Finish button.
25. Your will arrive at the "Product insert Page".
26. Enter the product code, product name, description, price, image, and then click on Insert button.
27. If you want to enter more product(s), please click on New button, fill the info, then click on Insert button.
28. After your hit the last on Insert button, you can click on Finish button to finish Product Data entry and enter the "Shipping & Payment Methods" page.
29. Over here you will be able to customize the Shipping Method, the Payment method, and the Order Status.
30. Under Shipping Method, for each method you can choose one of the 3 ways you charge your customers. There are: 1. Percentage of the price. 2. Fixed. 3. Fixed per item. You can optionally set the maximum cost and the minimum cost. You have up to 5 shipping methods to use.
31. Under Payment Method, you have up to 6 methods to use. For each method you need to tell us whether it is using a credit card or not.
32. You can also define the order status yourself, if the default does not apply. There are 7 of them for you to customize.
33. Click on Enter button will bring you to the last page. You can optionally print out this page for your future reference of the front door and the back door URL of your store.
